Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Do
- Lead the daily prep and efficient bulk cooking of our signature fresh menu items.
- Take full ownership of the kitchen workspace while working confidently and independently.
- Elevate the customer experience with enthusiastic service at the front counter.
- Uphold immaculate kitchen hygiene standards by managing washing and sanitisation duties.
- Oversee strict food safety protocols to ensure 100% compliance on every shift.
About You
- Holds a valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate with a sharp eye for compliance.
- Brings proven experience in bulk food preparation and commercial kitchen workflows.
- Thrives in autonomous environments and takes pride in managing a solo kitchen space.
- Delivers energetic, warm, and friendly customer service during busy retail peaks.
- Maintains flexible availability to cover 3 shifts over a Monday to Sunday roster.
