What you’ll do:

As part of the Enhance Client Experience Program, you will be responsible for supporting the simplification of how we onboard and engage with our clients.

Own and deliver change strategy for Client Experience uplift, designed around people and client experience and adoption.

Lead change activity across multiple workstreams (e.g. onboarding, contracting, financial management) end to end, covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption.

Translate program objectives into practical, sequenced change plans that align to business priorities and can be executed.

Design and deliver training plans that build genuine capability across impacted teams.

Develop project communication plans and write project communications that are clear, effective, and aligned to corporate affairs standards.

Identify risks, issues, and dependencies that threaten adoption early, escalate where needed, and own the mitigations.

Prepare senior leaders and sponsors with the insights, materials, and recommendations they need to make decisions and show up credibly.

Manage the integration of change activity across strategy, design, and implementation phases, keeping dependencies and sequencing tight.

Build change capability across the program, raising the bar and embedding sustainable practice.

Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and teams through collaboration, credibility, and consistent delivery.
What we’re looking for:

Extensive experience in change management across strategy, design, and delivery phases.

Proven track record delivering complex change initiatives and driving adoption at scale.

Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives, building trusted relationships that hold through difficult conversations.

Strong experience designing and delivering capability uplift programs for teams.

Credibility with senior leaders, grounded in clear communication, sound judgement, and consistent delivery.

Pragmatic problem solver who can navigate organisational complexity without getting stuck.

Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity and bring people with them.
