Front and backend staff required
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking team members to join our busy café in Malaga. We have opportunities available for both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff.
Front of House Staff
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Operating the POS system and handling payments
- Preparing and serving coffee, drinks, and light food items
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
Requirements:
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Previous café, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability on weekends and public holidays
Back of House Staff
Responsibilities:
- Food preparation and basic cooking duties
- Assisting chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning
- Stock rotation and inventory assistance
- Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability
