About The Position
One of our operating companies, REDD, is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team in Brisbane.
This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start or grow your career in technology sales. Whether you already have some sales experience or you are coming from a customer service, retail, hospitality or other customer-facing background, we are looking for people with great communication skills, a positive attitude and the drive to learn.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales team, connecting with potential clients, generating new opportunities and helping drive business growth. You will receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching and the support of an experienced team, giving you everything you need to build a successful career in sales.
Responsibilities:

Identify and engage key decision-makers across target organisations
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach (phone, email and LinkedIn)
- Book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives
- Work closely with the sales and growth teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Keep customer information and activity up to date in our CRM
- Bring energy, curiosity and creativity to your outreach while following a proven sales process
Skills required

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales or another customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
- A genuine interest in sales, technology and building a long-term career
- A proactive, resilient mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Office
Bonus points if you have:

Previous Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative or sales experience
- Exposure to the IT or technology industry
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, or prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
