The Opportunity
As an experienced Talent Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience across the full recruitment lifecycle. You will cultivate trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, providing expert talent acquisition guidance and partnering closely to deliver a seamless, collaborative, and professional recruitment experience. Driven by a continuous improvement mindset, you will proactively identify and implement enhancements to recruitment practices, processes, and systems which align with our values.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across a diverse portfolio, developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies and recruitment frameworks to attract high-quality candidates.

Design and facilitate recruitment workshops, training sessions, and team debriefs to build capability, share best practice, and support talent development initiatives across the organisation.

Monitor and analyse talent acquisition metrics, engagement data, and workforce performance to identify emerging trends, skills gaps, and opportunities to improve recruitment outcomes and organisational capability.

Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to provide expert advice on recruitment best practice, workforce planning, and market insights, ensuring a consistent and positive recruitment experience.

Provide administrative and operational support to the broader People and Culture team as required, contributing to the effective delivery of HR initiatives and business priorities.
About You

Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment within a operational workforce, with the ability to deliver recruitment outcomes while supporting broader workforce planning initiatives.

Experience designing, facilitating, and delivering capability-building training sessions and workshops.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the emotional intelligence to build trusted relationships to partner effectively with leaders at all levels.

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience interpreting recruitment data, workforce metrics, and market insights to identify trends, address skills gaps, and inform strategic talent acquisition decisions.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring recruitment practices remain efficient, compliant, and aligned with organisational values and strategic objectives.
