The One Smart Piano Hurstville is now seeking for passionate and enthusiastic teachers to join our team.
We run piano group lesson to young children from the age of 3 to 12yo and We conduct small group lessons using The One’s self-developed teaching program that allows synchronous and interactive learning experience for our students in the classroom.
Our goal is to cultivate interest in young children and make their music journey fun and enjoyable! We adopt a different teaching method by incorporating technology in our piano lesson.
We are looking for someone with a positive & can-do attitude, a team player with good communication skill.
Key requirements:
- Have relevant music certification (Min. Grade 8 and above)
- Punctual, mature thinking and responsible
- Willing to learn and able to commit assigned task
- Classroom (capable group lesson) management skill.
- Speak fluent English
- Second language (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is a bonus
- Available to work at least 1 weekdays and 1 weekend.
- Fully Vaccinated (as we are dealing lots of young children)
- Have Working with Children Check ready
We are encourage any candidates who has no prior teaching experience to apply as we will provide you with necessary trainings before the actual classes.
We also organise large scale piano concerts for our students on bi-annual basis hence we have a platform for our teachers to showcase their talent on the stage. The perks of joining our team is you get to attend retreats, team building events, trainings, conferences etc.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
