Why Ability Assist?
We’re a community-based, purpose-driven organisation that’s all about empowering people to live brighter, more independent lives.
For over 30 years, we’ve been supporting children, young people and adults with disability and complex needs across Victoria. From NDIS services to out-of-home care, we work in real homes, real communities – not institutions – and we do it with heart.
Our team is passionate, down-to-earth, and driven by one goal: supporting people to thrive. Whether it’s building skills, boosting independence or simply bringing joy to someone’s day – we’re here for it.
If you care about making a difference, you’ll feel right at home here.
