Azzy Hair is a busy and well-established hair salon known for delivering high-quality hairdressing services, including precision cutting, colouring, styling, highlights, balayage, hair treatments and personalised client consultations. The salon has built a strong reputation for professional service and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking skilled and passionate Hairdressers to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to determine their hairdressing needs and desired outcomes.
- Cut, trim, taper, layer and style hair using a variety of techniques.
- Perform hair colouring services, including full colour, foils, highlights, balayage and colour corrections.
- Provide hair treatments, conditioning services and scalp care treatments.
- Blow-dry, straighten, curl and style hair for everyday wear and special occasions.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care products to clients.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and workplace cleanliness.
- Keep up to date with current hairdressing trends, techniques and products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Assist with salon operations and support other team members as required.
Essential Requirements
· Certificate III + 2 years on job training or Certificate IV
· At least three years of relevant full-time work experience.
· Strong experience in hair cutting, colouring and styling techniques.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced salon environment.
· Positive attitude, professional presentation and a strong work ethic.
· Work Rights: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder
Pay: $79,500.00 – $87,642.95 per year
