About the Role
MedHireHub is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist for a growing disability services organisation in Sydney.
This role offers the opportunity to work with NDIS participants, helping them improve their independence and achieve meaningful outcomes through person-centred therapy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments
- Complete Functional Capacity Assessments
- Develop therapy plans
- Recommend assistive technology and home modifications
- Prepare NDIS reports
- Work collaboratively with participants, families and multidisciplinary teams
About You
- Qualified Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with NDIS participants
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for person-centred care
