We're Hiring Support Workers – Sunshine Coast Region
We're growing and are looking for compassionate, reliable male and female Support Workers to join our amazing team!
We currently have opportunities available for:
Female Support Workers
We're seeking experienced female support workers with a strong background in mental health who are confident supporting participants with complex psychosocial needs. We're looking for someone who is calm, intuitive, empathetic, and passionate about making a positive difference.
Male Support Workers
We're looking for male support workers who are comfortable providing personal care and are committed to delivering respectful, person-centred support while helping participants achieve their goals.
We're looking for people who:
✔ Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Are reliable, proactive, and compassionate
✔ Can remain calm and professional in challenging situations
✔ Value dignity, respect, and person-centred care
✔ Have open availability, including weekday nights and weekends (day & night shifts available)
You'll be supporting participants both in their homes and out in the community, helping them live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives.
