What You'll Do:
Implement the merchandise strategy within the branch and effectively manage merchandise support functions
Manage inventory levels, stockturn and margins while supporting sales activity and customer demand
Oversee stock control, stocktakes, pricing accuracy, price book maintenance and management of discrepancies or obsolete stock
Set and maintain standards for store presentation, merchandise displays, promotional activity and customer service
Plan and execute sales, merchandising marketing and promotional campaigns to support business growth
Coach and develop merchandise support and administration teams while championing safety, compliance and company standards
What You'll Bring:
Experience in merchandise, retail, branch operations or agricultural sales leadership, with an understanding of inventory, pricing and margin management
Commercial acumen across stock management, budgeting, GP, profit contribution, expense control and inventory turns
Customer focus with the ability to build relationships, identify sales opportunities and support cross-selling across the branch
Experience using SAP and Fiori, or similar systems, to manage pricing, stock, reporting and transactions
Agsafe accreditation, forklift licence and knowledge of hazardous substance requirements are highly regarded but not mandatory
