We’re now seeking an Internal Sales / Customer Support professional to join our Professional Contractor Service Centre in Murarrie. This role is ideal for someone with:

Retail sales experience (hardware, trade, tools, automotive, etc.)

Experience in trade centres such as Reece Plumbing, Tradelink, Total Tools, Bunnings Trade, or similar
-
A background on the tools who’s ready for a change of pace

Strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in helping customers

What You’ll Do

Provide exceptional service to Professional Contractor customers via phone, email and over‑the‑counter support

Assist with product enquiries for diamond tools, equipment, spare parts and accessories

Support the external sales team with quotes, orders and customer updates

Manage warehousing tasks including receipting, despatching and stock control

Process invoices and complete general administration

Contribute to a safe, organised and positive workplace
