Clerk Grade 9/10 - $133,348 to $146,945 plus superannuation and leave loading
Your role
The Community Housing Supply Grants branch (CHSG) in the Programs and Partnerships Directorate at Homes NSW manages agreements and transactions to deliver social and affordable housing in partnership with registered community housing providers, local government, NSW government departments and other stakeholders.
The focus of this role in the Contract Governance Practice and Reporting Team, which sits in the CHSG, is to support the complex commercial transactions and affordable housing delivery, including the Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) program, working in partnership with NSW Treasury, registered community housing providers, local government councils, state and federal government agencies and other stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Working as a key member of a multi-disciplinary team with skills knowledge and experience in including project management, finance, contract administration, outcomes evaluation, property development, contract and commercial law and human services delivery, your main responsibilities will include:
Analysis of information and data and preparation of reports and graphics to promote understanding of key contracting issues and trends that are relevant to the audience.
Working with team members to develop and maintain business processes and reporting tools for the ongoing management of the Services Agreements.
Excellent writing skills to prepare advice for briefs, correspondence and reports to respond to Minister, Secretary, Cabinet or DCJ requests.
Ability to work across teams to identify, design and implement improvements to systems, processes and workflows aligned to the program and contract management business requirements.
Ability to work autonomously and adapt to an evolving work environment as well as effectively overseeing other staff in the team.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with TRIM and Microsoft Office Suite.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Power BI, MS Project, MS Excel, Visio and MS Word will be highly valuable to this role.
In this role you will lead key reporting and quality assurance functions for the SAHF Branch, oversee and maintain systems and critical data, ensuring information is always aligned to contract requirements and is reflected consistently and accurately.

This work involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, keeping abreast of developments in approaches to contract governance, practice and reporting.
