About the opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Project manager on a fixed term 12 month contract to join our team in Delivery Services at AP

Lead, plan and manage the end-to-end delivery of Customer MDM initiatives across the full lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment), ensuring alignment to business needs, timelines, budget and quality expectations.

Ensure delivery is executed in accordance with EPMO / Projects@Post frameworks, including project management standards, tools, reporting principles, and lifecycle governance.

Establish and drive an effective project operating rhythm and governance framework (e.g. working groups, SteerCo), ensuring clear accountabilities, timely reporting, and proactive escalation of risks, issues and dependencies.

Manage strategic delivery partners and vendor engagements, holding partners accountable for delivery outcomes, milestones, and financial commitments in line with Statements of Work.

Plan and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, tracking actuals vs estimates, and taking corrective actions to ensure delivery within approved financial parameters.

Lead stakeholder engagement and communication, providing clear and timely updates on delivery progress, RAID status, and ensuring alignment across business, technology and external partners.

Proactively identify, manage and drive mitigation of risks, issues and dependencies, minimising organisational impacts and ensuring outcomes are delivered successfully.

Provide leadership and direction to project teams and multi-vendor delivery environments, fostering collaboration, accountability, and delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Maintain and continuously improve delivery practices and ways of working, embedding lessons learned and driving uplift across project and partner delivery performance.
