The Club Hotel is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Events Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, events, marketing, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
You will work closely with clients, management, chefs, and team members to coordinate and deliver a wide range of events and functions both onsite and offsite. From corporate functions and catering to community events and entertainment, this role is all about bringing ideas together and creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating catering and corporate functions
- Organising onsite and offsite events
- Liaising with clients to ensure smooth event delivery
- Working alongside chefs and team members to execute functions successfully
- Assisting with administration and event planning
- Creating and scheduling social media content and promotions
- Using Excel and other computer programs for event planning, reporting, and administration
- Building relationships within the local community
- Creating new opportunities and event ideas for the venue
- Supporting marketing and promotional activities
- Reporting directly to the Venue Manager
About You
The successful applicant will have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Experience using Excel and computer-based programs
- Experience with social media platforms and marketing content
- A positive and professional attitude
- A passion for hospitality, events, and community engagement
Experience in hospitality, functions, events, marketing, or administration is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
