We are looking for a Subcontractor NDIS Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner.
We are seeking an experienced NDIS Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing Allied Health team as a subcontractor on the Gold Coast. We are looking for someone with experience working with children aged 5–12 years who is passionate about supporting participants and their families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
The role includes:
- Providing behaviour therapy ( weekly),
- Conducting Functional Behaviour, Assessments (FBAs)
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing Behaviour Support Plans
- Parent coaching and intervention
- Staff training and capacity building
- Working collaboratively with families schools, and multidisciplinary teams.
Essential Requirements:
* NDIS Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner
* Experience working with children aged 5–12 years
* Current ABN and work mobile
* Current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
* Current Blue Card
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
* Excellent communication
* Clinical reasoning, and report writing skills
* Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive and collaborative team
