ROLE SUMMARY
Minimum one year experience in General practice as a Registered Practice Nurse.
Fluency in communication.
- Ensure the provision of quality nursing care through efficient and effective, safe and timely services exercising a significant level of initiative in the direct coordination, implementation and evaluation of care with appropriate outcomes.
- Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development.
- Demonstrated commitment to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Effectively communicates and promotes good interpersonal relationships both within and outside the organisation.
- Knowledge of Best Practice software.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES
Clinical Nursing Services.
- Triage,
- Chronic Condition Management.
- Health screening/assessments:
- 75 years plus health assessment
- Healthy Kids Check
- Health Assessments
- Preventative health checks and programs
- Immunization
Apply nursing assessment skills and nursing practice in a safe and professional manner that reflects practice standards and guidelines and RACGP guidelines.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of working with clients to achieve social, emotional and physical well-being.
Pay: $40.00 – $47.50 per hour
