What is the role on offer?
As a Graduate Metallurgist, you’ll launch your career with hands-on exposure across our processing plants, working with both refractory and free-milling operations. This is a unique opportunity to develop practical, real-world expertise in gold processing while contributing directly to optimising plant performance and maximising gold recovery.
You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining insight into all facets of Metallurgy, from plant optimisation and metallurgical accounting to process improvement and troubleshooting. If you’re eager to build strong technical foundations, take on meaningful responsibility, and grow within a dynamic processing environment, this role will set you up for long-term success in the mining industry.
