Job Summary
We are seeking a Payroll Officer to manage payroll processing, maintain employee records, and ensure accurate and timely payroll administration. The ideal candidate will support payroll activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain payroll records and employee information.
- Review timesheets, attendance records, and payroll-related documents.
- Calculate salaries, deductions, benefits, and other payroll adjustments.
- Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain confidential records.
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams regarding payroll matters.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in payroll processing, accounting, or HR administration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of payroll procedures, labor regulations, and employee records management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll systems.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: $81,000.00 per year
