This role will lead the operational management and delivery of the Research, Teaching and Education Grants Scheme, facilitating the effective delivery of the grants scheme, to maximise the outcomes and impact of the funding on the St Leonards campus.

What you'll be doing
Lead the operational management and delivery of the Research, Teaching and Education Grants Scheme, facilitating the effective delivery of the grants scheme, to maximise the outcomes and impact of the funding on the St Leonards campus.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria

Describe your experience supporting the administration of a grants scheme, including both pre‑award (application and review) and post‑award processes.

Provide an example of how you have delivered operational and administrative support for a grant or funding program, including preparing documentation, managing communications, and responding to stakeholder enquiries.

Outline your experience providing secretariat support to committees, including coordinating meetings, preparing and distributing papers, managing logistics, and recording minutes.
