Support Worker - TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY -9:00AM-4:00PM
Assigned Guardian Angel is currently seeking a compassionate and energetic Support Worker to support a young participant within the community and home environment.
About the Role
This role involves:
- Assisting with personal care, including showering and daily living support
- MUST be experienced in Manual Handling
- Confident with using sara stedy
- Supporting community access and social engagement
- Building positive rapport and encouraging interaction
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging independence and participation in activities
Shift Availability
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Opportunity for additional shifts in the future
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, patient, and engaging
- Comfortable providing personal care and shower assistance
- Able to communicate clearly and build strong rapport with young participants
- Reliable, professional, and supportive
- Passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives
Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle preferred
- Experience in disability support is desirable
