Salary: $133,555.50 – $140,674.04 per annum

The Bridge Youth and Family Services (TBYFS) is seeking an experienced and strategic professional for the newly created Senior Manager – Business Services to lead our business services functions and strengthen organisational capability.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this senior leadership role oversees Finance, HR, Corporate Services, ICT, Facilities, Quality, and organisational systems. You will drive innovation, strengthen governance, compliance and processes, and ensure our operational infrastructure supports high quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities include:

Strategic leadership across the Business Services function

Oversight of budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and internal controls

Organisational-wide management of risk, compliance, implementation of audits and accreditation processes

Facilities, technology and infrastructure planning

Workforce planning, leadership development and organisational capability
-
High-level reporting and strategic advice to CEO and Board
About You:
You will be a collaborative, forward-thinking leader with experience managing multi-disciplinary business services portfolios. You bring strong financial governance capability, a deep understanding of risk and compliance, and the ability to embed effective organisational systems.
You’ll also Have:
- A minimum tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Management, HR, or related field

Executive level communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Proven experience driving organisational change and continuous improvement

Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to child safety
Experience in the not-for-profit, community, or health sector is desirable. To be successful in this role, you must have a current driver licence and employee Working with Children Check.
