Your new role:
As a senior finance leader, you will provide expert financial and business partnering services to the Divisional Executive Team, leading budgeting, performance reporting, activity-based funding, governance, contracts, and strategic planning. You will deliver high-level financial analysis and insights, support critical decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the effective management of resources to achieve sustainable financial, operational, and clinical outcomes. Working closely with executive and operational leaders, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational performance, financial accountability, and continuous improvement across a complex healthcare environment.
About you:
You are a strategic and influential finance leader with a proven ability to partner with executive and operational stakeholders, delivering insightful financial management, performance improvement, and resource optimisation outcomes within a large, complex healthcare or similarly dynamic environment.
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, activity-based funding, performance reporting, governance, contracts, and financial management.
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Proven experience influencing executive and clinical leaders to achieve sustainable financial, operational, and service outcomes.
Strong leadership capability with experience mentoring teams, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling effective collaboration across multidisciplinary and executive environments.
