Your Impact
Reporting to the Head of Sales – eCommerce & Growth Channels, you'll play a critical role in accelerating Asahi's fastest-growing customers, with ownership of the Amazon customer relationship and our 3rd Party Aggregator partners including Uber Eats and DoorDash.
This is a commercially focused role that combines customer leadership, strategic planning and execution. You'll develop Joint Business Plans, lead commercial negotiations, identify new growth opportunities and collaborate across the business to deliver exceptional commercial outcomes across Australia's leading digital retail platforms.

Key Accountabilities
- Own the commercial relationship for Amazon and lead our 3rd Party Aggregator strategy across Uber Eats and DoorDash.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans that deliver sustainable growth and strengthen strategic customer partnerships.
- Lead commercial negotiations and customer discussions across ranging, promotional investment, activation and growth initiatives.
- Partner closely with the Coles and Woolworths eCommerce teams to deliver best-in-class digital execution, ensuring a consistent and engaging online shopper experience across all key retailers.
- Lead the development and optimisation of digital shelf content, product assets and online merchandising to maximise visibility, conversion and customer engagement.
- Analyse customer, category and shopper insights to identify new growth opportunities and drive commercial decision making.
- Partner with Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Category, Supply Chain and Digital teams to deliver integrated customer plans and retail media initiatives.
- Monitor key eCommerce metrics including sales, penetration, conversion, search performance and ROAS, using data and insights to continually improve performance.

- Experience in FMCG, eCommerce or National Account Management.
