We're looking for a passionate Youth Worker / Case Manager to support young people aged 10–25 across Metropolitan Adelaide to overcome challenges, build resilience, and create positive pathways for their future.
Based in Noarlunga Centre, you'll provide strengths-based case management, advocacy, and practical support to young people experiencing complex circumstances. Every day brings the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, empower young people, and help them achieve their goals.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Provide strengths-based case management, advocacy, and practical support to young people with diverse and complex needs.
- Help young people achieve their goals and connect with the right services, opportunities, and community supports.
- Build strong relationships with young people, families, community organisations, and government agencies.
- Coordinate referrals and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Advocate for the rights, wellbeing, and aspirations of young people.
- Support young people to build confidence, resilience, independence, and community participation.
- Maintain accurate case records and contribute to reporting, service improvement, and identifying emerging issues affecting young people.

Essential Qualifications
- Cert IV in Youth Work or equivalent.
- Current DHS Working with Children Check.
- Current DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working with young people with complex needs.
- Demonstrated case management experience, including assessment, planning, referral, and advocacy.
- Knowledge of issues impacting young people, including homelessness, mental health, youth justice, alcohol and other drugs, education engagement, and young parenting.
- Demonstrated ability to design, facilitate, and evaluate programs and group activities for young people, adapting content to meet the needs of diverse school and community audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to social justice, empowerment, and culturally responsive practice.
