About the role
As a Gaming Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Gaming Manager to support smooth gaming floor operations, team performance and a positive customer experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the team on shift and help maintain strong service standards
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers and regular patrons
- Assist with customer queries and general gaming floor support
- Ensure compliance with responsible service of gambling requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment
- Build your leadership capability under the guidance of the Gaming Manager
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience working in a gaming room
- A positive, customer-first leadership style
- Someone who enjoys working closely with the team in a busy gaming environment
- Current RSA & RSG essential, CLO preferred or willingness to obtain
- Confidence supporting team members on the floor
- Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
