The Role
As a Clinical Support Worker, you will work as part of a mobile support team responding to incidents, supporting de escalation, and maintaining safety across hospital units. The role operates on a rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
Key Duties
- Respond to incidents and support de escalation
- Assist with approved physical interventions
- Conduct safety and contraband checks
- Observe and report behaviour changes
- Support unit activities and emergency responses
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III in Security Operations or Correctional Practice
- Physical and mental capability to manage OVA
- Calm, professional approach under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Mental health, security or corrections experience (desirable)
