About the Role
Uniflow Services is a growing air conditioning and refrigeration company based in Perth, WA. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice to join our friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the HVAC industry while gaining practical, hands-on experience and completing their Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting experienced technicians with air conditioning installations
- Installing ducted and split-system air conditioning
- Assisting with servicing and maintenance
- Learning fault finding and troubleshooting
- Assisting with electrical and refrigeration work
- Using hand and power tools
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Positive and respectful
- Physically fit and comfortable working on construction sites
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Interested in developing a career in air conditioning and refrigeration
Previous construction, trade or HVAC experience is an advantage but not essential.

Requirements
- White Card preferred
- Driver's licence preferred
- Good communication skills
- Right to work in Australia
- Genuine interest in completing an apprenticeship in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
