THE ROLE
The Product Owner is responsible for the development and oversight of key ICT systems and applications to support FSV's operational services and business needs. These core systems include The Orange Door Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, the Central Information Point and other associated applications and platforms
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Define and lead the ongoing development, enhancement and maintenance of the FSV key ICT systems, applications and platforms by working with business and development stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to the product vision and program needs.
- Facilitate the development, documenting and agreement of business requirements in-line with the project strategy, goals and outcomes.
- Prioritisation, alignment and re-alignment of the objectives throughout the course of the project, the maintenance of the Product Backlog and all related artefacts including a high-level release plan.
