In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering work plans and project specifications for complex or large-scale road rehabilitaiton projects, this role will see you supervise and provide leadership to team members, facilitate team processes and support team development while building capability across infrastructure construction, maintenance and contract supervision activities.
You will lead team performance and project delivery outcomes in a complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure environment requiring coordination, safety oversight and efficient resource management.

You may be required to work outside normal working hours and you must be prepared to travel extensively, live away from home, and travel to various work locations away from the base station.
About you
Your leadership, problem solving and safety management skills formed across road maintenance, construction or infrastructure delivery environments will see you excel in coordinating teams, overcoming challenges in delivering project requirements safely and efficiently and bringing structured supervision practices to lead to high-quality and compliant project outcomes.
You’re recognized as an effective and supportive people leader, skilled at supervising and guiding team members, experienced in leading multi-disciplinary teams, applying WHS and environmental procedures, and delivering infrastructure projects to agreed standards.
