Oz Best Dealz is an established online retailer specialising in 4x4 accessories, outdoor recreational gear, camping equipment, and more. With over 2000 SKUs, we proudly serve customers Australia-wide. We’re looking for a motivated individual to take ownership of our warehouse operations and grow with us.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Pick Packer, preferably with a valid forklift licence, who takes pride in their work, can work efficiently without constant supervision, and wants to be part of a growing team long-term. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys staying active, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is committed to maintaining a high standard of accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate scissor lift and forklift safely and in accordance with site procedures
- Package items securely (wrapping, boxing, or palletising).
- Lift and move stock up to 30kg
- Book couriers, print labels, and dispatch.
- Meet daily KPIs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Perform stock checks and assist with inventory control
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Follow all safety and operational protocols
Requirements:
- Forklift licence (LF or LO) preferred, but not essential for candidates willing to obtain one.
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30kg
- Ability to use handheld scanners and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Availability to work 2–3 days per week (with flexibility as needed)
