We are hiring for a fast-paced broasted chicken restaurant in Melbourne looking for motivated team members and leaders to join our growing business.
We are currently recruiting for multiple positions including Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Kitchen Staff, and Front of House Staff.
This role involves working in a busy food service environment where speed, quality, and customer service are key priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and serving food according to company standards
Managing daily restaurant operations during shifts
Leading and supporting team members in a fast-paced environment
Ensuring high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
Handling customer service and resolving issues professionally
Supporting inventory, stock control, and basic reporting tasks
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in hospitality or fast food (preferred but not required)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in busy periods
Positive attitude and reliability
Willingness to learn and grow within the business
