We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium industrial assets across Brisbane’s south-west suburbs.

Its portfolio includes some of the country’s most advanced industrial and logistics facilities, supporting global brands and critical supply chains.
Working across a multi-site portfolio, you’ll partner with a globally recognised real estate investor while collaborating with an experienced team of property and facilities professionals. You'll enjoy strong client relationships, diverse responsibilities, and excellent career development opportunities within a dedicated account.
A snapshot of your day;
- Managing essential building services including fire, mechanical, hydraulic, security and landscaping contractors • Driving contractor performance, compliance and service excellence across the portfolio • Conducting regular property inspections and proactively identifying improvement opportunities • Managing operating expenditure budgets and delivering cost-effective maintenance outcomes • Coordinating reactive maintenance and minor works projects
What you'll bring;
- Experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations or Property Operations • A solid understanding of industrial building services including fire, mechanical, hydraulic and essential services • Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience managing multiple sites and competing priorities • Experience with Yardi, Rapid Global or similar FM platforms (preferred) • A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
