Altitude Supports and Coordination is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team across the Atherton Tablelands.
This is a rewarding role supporting participants to live independently, build confidence, and engage in their community.
About the Role
You will provide person-centred support including:
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Community access and social support
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Light household tasks
- Supporting individual goals and independence
Travel across the Tablelands is required (mileage reimbursed where applicable)
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Police Check
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others
