About the Role
This is an on-site position based at Mercedes-Benz Berwick.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and submitting documentation in line with manufacturer requirements
- Liaising with Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts teams to gather claim information
- Monitoring claim progress and following up outstanding submissions
- Maintaining accurate records of approvals, rejections and reimbursements
- Assisting customers with warranty-related enquiries
- Supporting the service department to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Remaining up to date with Mercedes-Benz warranty policies and procedures
Skills and Experiences:
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in dealership warranty
- Experience with Mercedes-Benz or another premium automotive brand will be highly regarded
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong computer literacy and dealership systems experience
- A current driver's licence
