Refresh Oil is a growing Australian supplier of quality cooking oils to restaurants, cafés, takeaways, and food manufacturers across Melbourne. We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Delivery & Warehouse Operator to join our team.
This role involves delivering cooking oil products to customers throughout Melbourne using a fully maintained company van provided by Refresh Oil. You will also assist with warehouse operations to ensure orders are prepared and dispatched efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver cooking oil products to customers across Melbourne and surrounding areas
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
- Maintain delivery records and required paperwork
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist with warehouse duties including picking, packing, and stock organisation
- Maintain a clean and presentable delivery vehicle
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Current Full Australian Driver's Licence
- Physically fit and capable of regularly lifting a minimum of 20kg
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily delivery schedules
- Full working rights in Australia
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) highly regarded
- Previous delivery driving, warehouse, or logistics experience
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese would be highly regarded
- Experience within the foodservice, hospitality, or FMCG industry is advantageous
