- Engage in forward planning and strategic thinking for future success to ensure profitable operation across all departments
- Set performance benchmarks and define expectations across departments to continuously enhance and uphold service standards
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and security measures with guests, staff, and property in mind
- Address and find solutions to operational, departmental and guest challenges
- Provide mentorship and guidance to empower teams in developing their own expertise and personal growth
As our next Operations Manager, you will:

Qualifications & Experience (Applicable to All Roles):
- Demonstrated expertise in Hotel Front Office Operations, marked by a vibrant track record of assuming leadership roles as a Team Leader or Supervisor
- Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, fuelled by epic organisational and time management skills
- Masterful in the art of both the written and spoken communication
- Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
