- Exciting opportunity to join Liquor and Gaming NSW, we're responsible for regulating liquor, wagering, gaming, and registered clubs in NSW
- This is a Clerk Grade 3/4 role with a salary range of $84,659 - $92,701 per annum plus superannuation

About Liquor & Gaming NSW
We are at the pointy end of industry supervision for the liquor, gaming, wagering, casino and registered club sectors in NSW. If you want a seat at the table, whether we’re reviewing the latest facial recognition technology; advising Government on gambling reform policy; developing initiatives to increase live music venues and festivals; or investigating unlawful liquor or gambling inducement practices, we want to talk to you.

About The Role
Serve as the initial point of contact for customers across multiple channels and deliver administrative and support services to facilitate the smooth operation of the team/unit in line with operational requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Appointment and ongoing assignment are subject to satisfactorily meeting pre-employment and ongoing probity screening
- Adhere to a schedule that aligns with operational requirements and performance standards

About You
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the capability to:
- Deliver multiple administrative support activities and services in line with agreed standards, timeframes, and milestones, given tight timeframes and the need to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- Meet competing priorities while ensuring customer and/or business needs are met
- Adapt to change and remaining informed and aware of amendments to procedures, legislative requirements and processes
