Business Development Manager – Healthcare Partnerships
Location: Melbourne (with interstate travel)
Wellbeing Chiropractic is one of Australia's largest chiropractic health networks providing care across more than 55 clinics throughout Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.
We are now looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to help expand our referral network and strengthen relationships throughout the healthcare community.
Your primary responsibility will be to establish, develop, and maintain relationships with general practitioners and other healthcare professionals to create long-term referral partnerships.
You'll spend much of your time in clinics, meeting healthcare professionals face to face, educating practitioners about our services, and identifying opportunities to improve patient outcomes through collaborative care.
Initially, the role will focus heavily on building relationships with GPs across Melbourne before expanding into broader healthcare partnerships.
Your responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with GPs, practice managers, physiotherapists, specialists, and allied health providers.
- Develop and implement local referral strategies for each clinic.
- Represent Wellbeing Chiropractic at networking events and industry functions.
- Conduct practice visits and educational sessions.
- Identify new opportunities for community partnerships.
- Work closely with our leadership, marketing, and clinical teams.
- Track all activity through our CRM system.
- Analyse referral performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Deliver regular reports to the executive team.
About you
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in business development, healthcare engagement, pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or practice management.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence speaking with doctors, specialists, and healthcare leaders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- A passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
- A willingness to travel.
Pay: $100,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
