Your next career opportunity
You will help support the TRANSFORM Programs research in implementation and evaluation across one region in Melbourne. You will gain hands-on experience in qualitative research, experience based co-design, and multi-stakeholder health system collaboration.
What you will deliver:
- Support Regional Integration Collaborative meetings, preparing documentation, recording decisions, and tracking agreed follow-up actions.
- Conduct ethics-approved patient journey mapping interviews and assist with organising, coding, and synthesising qualitative data.
- Coordinate Experience-Based Co-Design workshops and stakeholder engagement activities across North West Melbourne.
- Maintain accurate, confidential project documentation and research data in line with ethics and governance requirements.
- Collaborate with TRANSFORM researchers and consumers to support implementation and evaluation of integrated care models.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Hold a tertiary qualification in health sciences, public health, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate experience conducting qualitative interviews or structured conversations with patients or community members.
- Apply co-design or participatory methodologies, such as Experience-Based Co-Design, within health or community contexts.
- Build collaborative partnerships with consumers, healthcare providers, policymakers, and academic stakeholders across multiple settings.
- Manage competing project priorities using strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
- Understand, or be keen to develop knowledge of, research ethics, consent, confidentiality, and data governance.
