You thrive in environments where teamwork matters, communicate with integrity, and support others to achieve their best. You'll take pride in helping women and families feel heard, respected and supported while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence. Most importantly, you'll embody the values of Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage in the way you care, lead and collaborate.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

Advanced clinical midwifery experience with the ability to manage complex care and make informed decisions.
Strong communication, relationship-building and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
A commitment to professional growth, mentoring others and improving the quality and safety of care.
