Female Disability Support Worker – Morning & Afternoon Shifts
Location: Tarneit, VIC
Hours: 15–25 hours per week
Pay Rate: $37–$43 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role
uCare iCare is seeking qualified female Disability Support Workers to provide individual support to a female NDIS participant in their family home. This participant does not have behaviours of concern. Your role will focus on personal care, following an established schedule.

Requirements
- Genuine compassion for NDIS participants
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care, or Ageing Support
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the disability or aged care sector
- Current driver’s licence and passport/visa
- Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
- Relevant professional reference checks
- Manual handling training
- Right to work in Australia
