ROLE PURPOSE
As a Product Specialist, Furniture you'll play a critical role in driving growth, retention, and profitability across a portfolio of customers. Leveraging your furniture industry expertise, you'll partner with customers to understand their workplace needs and deliver tailored solutions that support their business objectives.
This is an internal sales role that combines technical product knowledge, account management, and consultative selling to maximise customer value.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage contract retention and profitability, ensuring sustainable commercial outcomes
Deliver tailored customer strategies aligned to overall business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships across all key client stakeholders
Maintain deep industry knowledge, including products, systems, and value propositions
Manage the full sales cycle and customer lifecycle effectively
Grow share of wallet within the assigned territory
Complete all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training and actively support compliance with company HSE policies and procedures
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within furniture, interiors, workplace solutions, or a related industry.
A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Advanced consultative selling capability and a customer-first approach.
Strong commercial acumen combined with resilience, adaptability, accountability, and drive.
Intermediate to advanced skills across Excel, SAP, Salesforce, and Genesys.
Experience analysing financial data, pricing models, contracts, and customer insights to develop tailored solutions.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
