Experienced HVAC Resource Estimator required to support maintenance planning, work pack development and resource estimation activities for a major Oil & Gas operator. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare labour and material estimates for maintenance activities
- Develop and review work packs and job scopes
- Support planning, scheduling and reporting activities
- Assist with risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Support procurement and contractor planning activities
- Monitor costs, resources and workforce requirements
- Work with CMMS systems and planning tools
What You'll Bring
- HVAC or Refrigeration trade qualification
- Oil & Gas, LNG or Mining industry experience
- Experience with work pack development and estimating
- Exposure to SAP, Maximo, Pronto or similar CMMS
- Strong planning and resource coordination skills
- High level Excel and reporting capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
