Job Title: Help Desk/ Admin Assistant

We are seeking a full time Help Desk/ Admin Assistant to join our team and provide support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with troubleshooting technical issues, providing basic IT support, and ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly. If you have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help others, we want to hear from you.
This position is a bit of an ‘all rounder’ role providing some great learning opportunities and would perfectly suit someone aiming to transition from an administration role to IT.
Responsibilities:
· Assist clients with technical issues, including software installations, troubleshooting, and system configurations.
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing courteous and timely support.
· Document all support interactions and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system.
· Escalate complex issues to senior support staff for resolution.
· Provide basic training to clients on the use of software and hardware.
· Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and updates.
· Assist with receiving and returning of a reasonable volume of parts.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems is a plus.
