The Opportunity
The Faculty of Health are calling for an expression of interest for Teaching Operations Support Officers who will play a vital role in ensuring smooth delivery of teaching activities across our academic programs. The Teaching Operations Support Officers will provide high-level administrative and operational support to academic staff, coordinate timetabling and class allocations, and assist with policy compliance and quality assurance processes. This role is central to maintaining efficient teaching operations and enhancing the student experience through proactive problem-solving and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
What Success Looks Like

Deliver accurate and timely coordination of teaching schedules and operational requirements.

Provide responsive, professional support to academic staff, ensuring compliance with University policies.

Workload allocations align with curriculum requirements and support teaching delivery.

Data analysis informs planning decisions and improves operational outcomes.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance teaching operations and student outcomes.
About You
The successful candidate will bring strong organisational and analytical capabilities with experience supporting academic operations in a complex environment. You will have:

A tertiary qualification in Education, Business or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in academic administration or learning support services.

Strong organisational, coordination, and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on building effective working relationships.

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in timetabling systems, learning management systems, and Microsoft 365, with knowledge of data analysis and budgeting.
