About the Role As a Parts Interpreter, you will supervise and support the parts department, coordinate with other departments and partners, and ensure efficient daily operations. You’ll manage inventory, oversee ordering and tracking (BO, SO, FO), and work closely with finance to maintain accurate monthly counts.
Key Responsibilities

Guide and supervise the after‑sales parts department to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage dealership parts inventory, including BO, SO, FO ordering and tracking.
- Ensure daily inbound and outbound processing of parts.
- Review and finalize inventory and ordering before end of day.
- Use and maintain the electronic parts catalog (EPC).
- Monitor and resolve inconsistent parts indicators quickly.
- Conduct weekly checks of inventory, shipping, and receiving areas.
- Liaise with finance for monthly inventory counts and reporting.
- Track ordered parts and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle external product responsibilities and other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications

Education: Automotive or related college degree.
- Training: Maintenance technology, management, or related training.
- Experience:4+ years in automotive repair services or related industries,2+ years in management roles. Mechanical and automotive knowledge preferred.
- Familiarity with Toyota and BYD operations is advantageous.
Skills:

Strong computer application knowledge.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Analytical, organizational, and business development abilities.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
