About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to support the day-to-day front-of-house operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving service standards, supporting team performance, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience on every shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily FOH operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, motivate, and support staff during service periods
- Maintain high standards across service, presentation, and venue atmosphere
- Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Support staff training and onboarding
- Assist with rostering execution and labour efficiency on shift
- Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, and WHS requirements
About You
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
- Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume environment
- Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and problem-solve in real time
- Sound understanding of hospitality operations and compliance
- Current RSA (essential)
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desirable)
