About Us
At Chronic Gains, our purpose is to empower people to rise, rebuild and reclaim their lives.
We're looking for a Practice Manager to lead our team, improve our systems and help us grow as we work towards opening multiple clinics.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including:
- Leading and supporting our admin and clinical team.
- Driving team performance and accountability.
- Managing client enquiries and allocating new clients.
- Improving systems, workflows and SOPs.
- Monitoring KPIs including client satisfaction, revenue and Google Reviews.
- Managing clinic operations, budgets, equipment and staff leave.
- Working closely with the Director to improve and grow the business.
About You
You are:
- A proven leader who enjoys developing people.
- Organised, proactive and accountable.
- Calm under pressure with high emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable having difficult conversations.
- Passionate about building systems and high-performing teams.
Requirements
- Leadership or management experience.
- Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship).
- Current driver's licence.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Experience with Cliniko, Xero, GoHighLevel and Google Workspace is highly regarded.
