Experienced Dental Receptionists – Casual Positions Available
Position: Casual (Minimum 3 Days per Week)
Locations: Officer, Rowville & Narre Warren South
We are looking for experienced Dental Receptionists to join our growing team across our modern dental practices in Officer, Rowville, and Narre Warren South.
This is a casual position with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week. Flexibility to work across our practice locations is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Manage appointment bookings, recalls, and patient enquiries.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails.
- Process payments, health fund claims, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate daily schedules with dentists and clinical staff.
- Perform general reception and administrative duties.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dental Receptionist is essential.
- Previous experience working in a busy dental practice.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with dental software such as Exact, Dental4Windows, Core Practice, or similar is highly regarded.
- Professional presentation with a positive, reliable, and proactive attitude.
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Flexibility to work across our Officer, Rowville, and Narre Warren South locations is an advantage.
